I would like to talk about the integration between Zoho Subscriptions and Vtiger. I will give a brief overview about these two products, and then explain why I think they should be integrated.
Zoho Subscriptions is a product from Zoho Corporation which helps businesses in managing their subscriptions. It helps them in creating templates for billing invoices, creating payment plans, creating subscription periods, tracking subscription details, and managing the subscription history. It also offers customer support in the form of email and phone.
Vtiger is a product from Vtiger that offers a system for managing a business's work through emails, tasks, contacts and project management. It helps in creating projects for employees, send out emails to employees regarding their tasks, accessing contacts and sending out emails to clients and much more.
Integration of Zoho Subscriptions and Vtiger would make sense because if both services are integrated it would be easier for businesses to manage their subscriptions. For example, if an organization has 500 employees using Vtiger and 500 customers using Zoho Subscriptions, then integrating the two would make it easier to manage all the subscriptions. When an employee is working on a project the task can be linked with a subscription plan, and when he completes the project he could bill the customer through Zoho Subscriptions. This integration would help in better management of the business.
The integration would also add great value to the customers because they can access their subscription history easily through Vtiger and they could check for details when they need it. They can also track the time period when they were subscribed to a particular service using Zoho Subscriptions. Another benefit of this integration is that when a customer calls for service the call center representative could check the subscription history and find out when exactly that customer was subscribed to that plan. They can be well prepared for the conversation when they know what the client is talking about. Also, when a customer calls for service, if there is no previous history in Zoho Subscriptions, then the customer can be informed automatically through Vtiger about his/her subscription plan before any action is taken. This way the customer may get a better experience from call centers.
In addition to all these benefits from the customer point of view, there are benefits from the organization point of view as well. Businesses can analyze their subscription history through Zoho Subscriptions and find patterns in their subscription statistics. They can identify their most profitable plans and review their cost structure to reduce their expenses. For example, if a business finds out that its profit is higher from one particular plan then it could eliminate some other plans which may have been costing more. In short, the complex process of managing subscriptions can be made easier by integrating Zoho Subscriptions and Vtiger.
