Once added to Google Groups, your subscribers will get an email every time a new message is posted on the list. The message will come from your Google Groups account and it will be sent to your subscribers’ email addresses, which they have provided when signing up for your list. They will also be able to post comments on the list using their Google accounts.
To add a group in Zoho Subscriptions to Google Groups, please fplow these steps:
Go to List > New List in Zoho Subscriptions. Select Create New Group from the drop-down menu. Enter a name for the group and select the language from the drop-down menu. Click Next Step. Select Add Group to Google Groups from the drop-down menu in the next step. Click Next Step. Enter your Google username and password in the next screen and click Next Step. Click Save & Close in the next screen. Then go to the Group Settings page. Enter a name for the group and click Submit Changes.
You can add as many groups as you want to Google Groups using this procedure. However, if you are going to add more than one group to Google Groups, please note that there are some restrictions on how many groups you can add at a time. If you are planning to add multiple groups, it would be better if you create one group before starting the process again to add another one.
