In this article, I am going to outline the benefits of integrating Zoho Subscriptions with Email By Connect. It can be used by large organizations or small businesses. Below are the benefits of integrating Zoho Subscriptions with Email By Connect:

  • Integration of Zoho Subscriptions and Email By Connect:
  • Zoho Subscriptions is integrated with Email By Connect through Zoho Connectors. In the next section, I am going to discuss what Zoho Connectors are.

Zoho Connectors are features that allow Zoho products to work together within the same platform by sharing data between them. For example, if you have a standalone Zoho Mail account but want to add some automated email capabilities to your customer support system, then Zoho Connectors comes handy. You can use a connector to connect a Zoho product with a third party product. For example, if you already use an accounting software like Quickbooks or Sage then you can connect it with Zoho Invoice to send customized invoices using the Quickbooks or Sage software. Similarly, instead of using Microsoft Excel to send bulk emails, you can use Email By Connect to send bulk emails using the Excel files containing the list of recipients. This way you can save time and increase productivity by avoiding repetitive tasks. There are many other types of connectors available for Zoho products including Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, WordPress blog, Facebook Page, MailChimp account, Twitter account, Adobe PDF publishing top, etc. Visit the official website of Zoho Products to know more about Zoho connectors. Zoho Subscriptions uses Salesforce connectors to integrate with Email By Connect. Salesforce is another online software that helps you manage your business processes in your business environment. It helps you streamline operations, gain insights into customer behavior and improve customer service. Integrating Salesforce with Zoho Subscriptions will help you cater to your recurring payments without much effort. It will also make your business operations more efficient; it will make it easy for you to generate invoices in Zoho Subscriptions which you can export in PDF format along with other details like customer name, invoice number, custom field values, payment due date etc., and then use it in Email By Connect to send bulk emails using this file via Excel to all your customers. Using Email By Connect to send bulk emails using Excel files will help eliminate repetitive tasks of searching contact information of your customers manually from your database to send them emails. Moreover, by using Email By Connect, you can send bulk emails at any time of day without taking too much time in sending individual emails to every customer. Let’s take an example where you have 1000 customers in your database. Normally sending individual emails to each customer takes a lot of time compared to sending bulk emails using Email By Connect where you can quickly search the email addresses of all your customers from your database in Excel file using VLOOKUP function in Excel and then send them emails using Email By Connect in bulk mode without spending much time on individual emails.
