Step 1. First of all, a new Dynamics CRM custom object must be created to store the subscription details. This step invpves linking Dynamics CRM with Zoho Subscriptions through a custom connector. This is achieved through the fplowing steps:

  • Create a new custom object in Zoho Subscriptions named “Subscription”. This new object will have all the fields needed to store subscription details such as contact info, status, etc. When creating this new object, choose “Custom” as its object type.   • Now that the connector has been created in Zoho Subscriptions, the next step is to link this new custom object with Dynamics CRM by adding a mapping field. This step invpves configuring the mapping table in Dynamics CRM and setting up the mapping rules per your requirement.   • Once the mapping field has been added in Dynamics CRM and the mapping rules have been set up accordingly, you can now create a new entity mapping with Zoho Subscriptions.   • Finally, after completing the above four steps, you will be able to see your newly-added custom object and its fields within Dynamics CRM and also within Zoho Subscriptions.
