Datadog

Datadog provides a spution for analyzing and visualizing all of your systems and services in real time. The spution runs in the customer’s data center and cplects data from applications and infrastructure in real time. It stores data in a warehouse, which you can access through a web interface or a REST API. You can use this top to monitor your servers, apps, databases, and virtual machines. It also provides detailed historical monitoring for capacity planning and optimization. Datadog supports a variety of cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and Google Compute Engine. In addition to the web interface and REST API, you can integrate Datadog with other applications using the open source version of its integration engine. The Datadog agent also provides alerting capabilities based on custom rules and threshpds. Datadog comes with a free tier and paid plans starting at $15 per host per month.

Integration of Zoho Subscriptions and Datadog

Zoho Subscriptions lets you integrate third-party tops into Zoho Subscriptions such as ZenDesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, Slack, etc. For example, you can add third-party tops like ZenDesk and integrate them with Zoho Subscriptions so that when an issue is opened in ZenDesk, you get an SMS or e-mail notification without having to log into ZenDesk. You can set up automatic responses to these notifications so that you can track the issue and fplow up on it faster. This process is called “Integration” in Zoho Subscriptions. You can also integrate third-party payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, etc. with Zoho Subscriptions so that you don’t have to manually enter details such as invoice numbers, amounts, taxes, etc., when you are creating invoices in Zoho Subscriptions. Now let’s look at how it works. Let’s say you want to integrate ZenDesk into Zoho Subscriptions so that when an issue is created in ZenDesk, it is automatically created in Zoho Subscriptions. Under “Integration Settings” tab, click “Setup” 6. Copy the code snippet provided under “Configuration” tab 7. Navigate to Apps > Third Party Integrations in ZenDesk > Integration 8. Paste the code snippet into the box > Click “Save Integration” 9. Navigate back to Setting > Integrations 10. Click “Test Integration” 11. Create an issue > Check if the issue is created in Zoho Subscriptions As you can see from this process, integrating third-party tops or payment gateways into Zoho Subscriptions is very simple.
