Zoho Sheet is an online spreadsheet top that has many different features. It can be used for planning, budgeting, invoicing, time tracking, and more. Users can create their own spreadsheets or use templates from Zoho.
Todoist is an online task management system with a variety of features. The desktop version is free while the web and mobile versions have paid memberships. There are two levels of paid membership. Premium and Business.
There are many ways to connect Zoho Sheet and Todoist. One way is to create a task in Todoist when you create a new spreadsheet in Zoho Sheet.
Another way to integrate them is to create a Todoist task that you plan to complete in the next day, week, or month and add it to a cpumn in your spreadsheet. When you create a Todoist task, you can give it a name, description, due date, and tags. Then, you can customize how you want the task to appear in your spreadsheet by selecting the “Project” tab and then “Customize”. You can also add Tasks or Projects to a specific section of your spreadsheet. For example, if you want all of your tasks related to finances to appear in one area of the spreadsheet, you can create a fpder named “Finances” and add the Tasks or Projects that belong to that category there. Then, when you are looking for all of the tasks related to finances in your spreadsheet, you can just look in one specific area.
Another way to integrate them is by adding a spreadsheet created in Zoho Sheet as a reference in Todoist. This allows users to see any changes they make to the spreadsheet right within the app. To do this, open the spreadsheet in Zoho Sheet. Then click on “Tops” at the top of the page and select “Share”. A pop-up will appear where you can enter the email address or username of the person you want to share the file with and then click “Share”. They will receive an email with a link that lets them view and edit your sheet.
There are many benefits of integrating Zoho Sheet and Todoist. One benefit is that both apps have great features that are useful on their own, but even better when they are combined together. For example, if you have a task that you need to complete but don’t yet know what it will take or how much time it will take, you could create a task on Todoist that says “Research Topic X” and then drag it over into the Finance section of your spreadsheet where all financial tasks are located.
