    Step 1. Create a ServiceNow account

    Step 2. Log in to ServiceNow account. Select Application > Customization > Apps. Select Add App. Give the name as Zoho Sheet. Provide the app key, secret key and URL of your Zoho Sheet instance. Leave User ID field blank. Click Add App. Step 3. Go back to the list of apps that you created. Select your newly added app. Click Edit App Information. Enter Hosted By default, it will be set to “ServiceNow”. Click Save. Step 4. To integrate Zoho Sheet with ServiceNow, select Records > Service Catalog Applications > Zoho Sheet. Step 5. Click Edit Application Properties. Here, provide the fplowing details. Connection Name - The name of your connection that you defined in Step 2 above.
