Zoho Sheets is an online spreadsheet application that is free to use for both companies and individuals. Individuals can also install the app on their personal computer, either via a Mac or PC. Zoho Sheet works similarly to Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Zoho Sheet offers a free one-month trial to its users. To properly test out the program, there needs to be a new Google account created. The Google account will need to have a minimum of two hundred Gmail contacts added. These contacts will need to be added using the “contacts” feature found on Gmail. In order for the user to synchronize their contacts with the Zoho Sheets program, they will need to go to the Zoho Sheets website and create a Zoho account. The information from this Google account will be synced with the Zoho program. The rest of the process invpves simply entering in the information that the user wishes to track into a spreadsheet that they create within Zoho Sheets.
Salesmate.io is an online sales tracking software that can be used on any device. The program works as a cloud-based sales top that is easily accessed from any internet connected device. Salesmate.io has some similarities to Zoho Sheet as it works as a sales tracking software also. Salesmate.io allows users to enter information into spreadsheets that are located on their own individual computers or devices, meaning that there is no need for an internet connection once the product has been purchased and downloaded onto their device. While Zoho Sheet may provide more features and options, there are some users who find Salesmate.io easier to use and connect with other programs such as QuickBooks and Outlook, which is something that Zoho Sheet does not offer.
One of the benefits of using Zoho Sheet is that it has the ability to integrate with other programs that may already be in use by the company or individual. For example, if a person or company already uses Skype or Dropbox, they will already have an account and will not need to create a new one just for Zoho Sheet. This makes it much easier for communication between people within different departments without having to go through several different programs to find someone who needs to get in touch with someone else within the company.
The benefits of using Zoho Sheet are endless. As previously stated, it utilizes an existing Google account instead of creating a new one, which makes it easy for users who have already created an account on Google. By integrating with other programs such as Skype or Dropbox, communication between employees becomes much easier. Another benefit of using Zoho Sheet is that it gives users the option of downloading the program onto their personal computer instead of working spely off of an internet browser while working on their computer. For this reason, Zoho Sheet provides users with the option of using their browser or downloading the program onto their computer if they prefer to work that way. Another benefit comes in the form of ease of use because it allows users to easily integrate other programs into one central hub, instead of having to go through multiple different programs in order to send an email or make a Skype call. The last benefit of using Zoho Sheet is its ease of use because even though it may seem complicated at first, it allows individuals to download various templates so that they can easily input information into pre-made templates rather than having to come up with their own ways of doing things when creating each spreadsheet for each project or task that needs completing.
After comparing both products, Zoho Sheet and Salesmate.io, I believe that Zoho Sheet would be most beneficial for my company because it could integrate with other programs that we already use or may wish to use in future endeavors or projects. It also allows users to easily integrate information from different sources onto one platform, which makes communication between staff members much easier when they are working on larger projects since they won’t have to go through several different programs in order to communicate with others within their organization or company.
