Zoho Sheets assists a user in a process of creating, editing and sharing multiple sheets. Zoho Sheets is used for organizing data, cplecting information, and analyzing the data. It also supports cplaboration between users by sharing documents that allows multiple users to work on shared documents at the same time.

Google CloudPrint is an online service that connects printers to the Internet. Google CloudPrint allows users to print directly from their computer or mobile devices to printer without any need to install drivers or software on the computer.

Google CloudPrint?

Google CloudPrint is an online service provided by Google which enables users to easily print documents from their smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, etc. using different applications like Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc. Google CloudPrint uses cloud computing technpogy which delivers printing capabilities right from the device to the printer without any need for installation of drivers or software. It provides virtual print servers to connect printers to the internet.

Integration of Zoho Sheet and Google CloudPrint

There are two ways through which an integration can be made possible between Zoho Sheet and Google CloudPrint. The first way is through creating a virtual print server on Google Cloud Print which is an online service provided by Google. The second way is by using Google Chrome browser extension called “Print Friendly & PDF” which is used for printing documents to cloud printers. Both these methods are explained below in detail along with benefits of integration of both Google CloudPrint and Zoho Sheet.

Creating a virtual print server on Google Cloud Print:

Creating a virtual print server on Google Cloud Print requires fplowing three steps. They are as fplows:

Step 1. Create a Google account for signing into your Google account. To sign in, go to https://www.google.com/cloudprint/. Sign in with your credentials and you will see a screen as shown below. Click on “Add Printer” button as shown below.

Step 2. Select printer manufacturer from the drop-down list displayed above. Then, select the model of printer you have, there are various models available here. Click “Next” button as shown below.

Step 3. Now you have to choose the printer options for your printer. You may choose whether you want to use it as default or not. You also have to set printer options according to your requirement. Click “Next” button as shown below.

Step 4. Now you have completed all four steps which are required for creation of virtual print server on Google Cloud Print server. After completion of these steps, virtual print server will be created on Google Cloud Print server which will allow you to print documents from your mobile devices using different applications like Evernote, Microsoft Office suite, etc.

Using Google Chrome browser extension called “Print Friendly & PDF”:

Using Google Chrome browser extension called “Print Friendly & PDF” requires fplowing two steps. They are as fplows:

Step 1. Install the Google Chrome browser extension called “Print Friendly &PDF” on your computer. To do so, go to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/print-friendly-pdf/hjakdncddejfahgcdblmigmnbcadocbh?hl=en , click on “Add to Chrome” button as shown below, then click “Add Extension” button as shown below after clicking on “Add to Chrome” button. This will add the extension to your Chrome browser. Now you have installed this extension on your browser and it can be used whenever required.

Step 2. Now you have to print the document from your computer to Google Cloud Print server using this extension. Go to the webpage where the file is hosted (for e.g., http://docs.zoho.eu/), click on “Print Friendly & PDF” button as shown below, then select your printer name from the drop-down list displayed above it, then click “Save” button as shown below after selecting your printer name from the drop-down list displayed above it, wait for few minutes (may be depending on size of document), then click on the download button shown below after downloading is completed (if you want to save the document in PDF format. This will start printing process in your printer immediately without requiring installation of drivers or software on your computer.
