Zoho Sheet is an online spreadsheet that helps to create worksheets and charts. Delay By Connect (DBC. is a service that helps to track, monitor, and manage the time spent on a specific task or project. DBC helps to delay the project if you are spending more time on the same task or project than you have assigned for. There are two ways to integrate Zoho Sheet and DBC:

  • Using Zoho Add-on
  • Using Google Sheets and Zoho Add-on

In this blog post, we will discuss how to integrate Zoho Sheet with DBC using Zoho Add-on.

Integration of Zoho Sheet with Delay By Connect can be done using two methods:

  • Using Google Sheets and Zoho Add-on
  • Using Zoho Add-on directly
  • You can download Zoho Add-on from here. After downloading it, install it and add a new spreadsheet to your account. Then fplow below steps to integrate Zoho Sheet and DBC using Zoho Add-on:

  • Create a new spreadsheet in Google Sheets. This spreadsheet will be used to integrate Zoho Sheet and DBC. You can find this sheet by searching for “Zoho” in Google Sheets. Or you can create a new spreadsheet by clicking “New” at the bottom of the page and giving the name of your choice.
  • Open Zoho Add-on from Google Sheets. It will open a new tab in your browser with the application of Zoho Add-on in your account. It will also ask for the username, password, and email address associated with your account. Enter all these credentials and click “Sign In”. It will then take you to the dashboard of the Zoho Add-on app in your account.
  • Click “Connect” button under “Connectors” section on the left side menu bar to open the connector list. Select “Google Sheets (Your Spreadsheet)” from the list and click “Add” button to connect it with your Google Sheet.
  • Now create a new integration by selecting “New Integration” button under “Integrations” section on the left side menu bar.
  • Give a name to the integration and change “App Name” as well if you want to use the custom name for this integration instead of default name (Default is DBC. Then click “Next” button to proceed further.
  • It will ask for the API Key of Google Docs API. Copy this API key from Google API conspe and paste it into “Google API Key” field of the application form. Then click “Next” button to proceed further. It will now ask for the API key of DBC API too. Copy this API key from DBC website and paste it into “DBC API Key” field of the application form. Then click “Next” button to proceed further. Now it will ask for configuration parameters of both the APIs. Enter name, value of each parameter carefully in their respective fields and click “Next” button to proceed further. These parameters are required by both APIs to connect them with each other successfully. After entering all necessary information, click “Finish” button to complete the integration process. It will take you back to the list of integrations where you will now see your newly created integration called “DBC Integration” under “Integrations” section on the left side menu bar. You can remove this integration if you want later by clicking “Remove” button next to it under “Integrations” section on the left side menu bar of the application form. Now go back to your Google Sheet where you have created a new spreadsheet earlier for integrating Zoho Sheet with DBC using Zoho Add-on and click on “Zoho Add-on – DBC Integration” link in your spreadsheet. It will open up a new tab in your browser with Zoho Add-on installed on your account and it will also ask for username, password, and email address associated with your account as well as it will mention the username of recently created integration called “DBC Integration” that you just made while connecting Zoho Sheet with DBC using Zoho Add-on. Enter all these credentials and click “Sign In” to open the upcoming screen in your browser:
  • It will then take you to a new page in your browser which is shown below:

    Enter DBC user ID and DBC password in their respective fields on this page carefully and click on “Log In” button to log into DBC from here now:

    Now enter a name for this integration in its respective field under “Integration Settings -> Integration Name” section on this page carefully and then click on “Save Integration Settings” button at the bottom of this page:
