People is a human resource management software that allows you to manage your company’s people and their information. It has several modules to assist you in different aspects of managing your employees such as:
Zoho HR. This module allows you to manage your employees by creating and managing employee records and employee details, and also gives you access to payrpl and other functionality like:
scheduling and planning
employee information and time entries
managing employment contracts and agreements
managing employee visas and permits
managing employee benefits and compensation
managing employee leaves and absences
managing employee performance and reviews
managing employee training and certifications
managing HR administrative tasks such as. time and attendance, onboarding, off boarding, and payrpl.
Zoho Recruit. This module allows you to manage your recruitment process and connect with potential candidates and their profiles. Some of the key features include. creating job postings, creating various job requisitions, attracting talent using social media, conducting interviews, tracking application status, sending reminders to applicants, managing candidate records, etc.
Zoho Payrpl. This module allows you to manage your employee payrpl by taxing your employees for all kinds of taxes, including federal taxes, state taxes, Social Security tax, Medicare taxes, etc. It also offers payrpl automation services.
Zoho Timesheet. This module allows you to use timesheets to track the hours your employees work in a day or in a week. You can create a template for each employee in Timesheet, which shows how many hours they have worked in a day/week. You can also set up an approval process for approving these timesheets before they are submitted to Zoho Payrpl. In addition you can use this module to calculate overtime pay, too. This module also has a timesheet reporting top that generates various types of reports based on the data entered in timesheets. For example you can generate a report about how much time it takes for an employee to complete a task. This can be used to assess whether an employee’s productivity needs improvement or not. You can also generate a report which reflects the total amount of time an employee has worked throughout a week or a month or a year. You can also generate reports on the number of hours an employee spent on specific tasks (e.g., on Monday she worked on Task A for 3 hours; on Tuesday she worked on Task B for 2 hours; on Wednesday she worked on Task C for 4 hours; etc. These reports can be used to easily analyze how much time an employee spends on different tasks in different days/weeks/months/years. You can even export this data into spreadsheets. You can print out these reports if you want to send them to your employees periodically (e.g., once a month. The benefit of using timesheets is that it gives both managers and employees more awareness about how much time is spent doing specific tasks so that employees get the opportunity to improve productivity by spending more time on important tasks while spending less time on unimportant ones. Another benefit is that it helps managers become more efficient because they get the ability to get more visibility on how much time each of their employees spends working on different tasks which helps them allocate their managerial resources better. Managers may use this information to help employees work more efficiently by asking them to focus more on some tasks than others depending on how much time they spend on each task. Employee productivity increases when managers give more attention to the tasks that take up more of their time. Managers may also use this information to make sure that employees are not spending too much time on any one task when there are other tasks that need to be completed. For example, if an employee gets done with one task earlier than expected then she might spend more time on another task instead of taking the opportunity to go home early. By analyzing reports showing how much time an employee spends on various tasks in different days/weeks/months/years managers can quickly identify situations like these and help employees in improving their productivity in this way. Managers can also use this information to help employees in identifying their strengths and weaknesses so that they can improve their performance accordingly. For example, if an employee does not seem to be spending enough time on task C then maybe there is something about task C that makes it difficult for her or maybe she just needs some training before being able to be effective at performing task C so she can easily improve her productivity by investing more time in improving her skills in task C. On the other hand if an employee seems to be spending too much time on task C then maybe he enjoys doing task C so he doesn’t mind spending too much time doing it so his productivity might be fine after all even though he spends too much time doing it so managers don’t need to worry about him wasting too much time doing task C. Managers can use this information to help employees improve their performance by identifying what needs improvement and then working with them to improve those areas of weakness first and then move on to improving other areas where there might not be as much room for improvement as those areas where improvements have already been made. Managers can also use this information as a basis for making decisions about bonuses and raises because it provides them with data about how much time an employee spends performing different tasks so they can reward those who spend more time doing the most important tasks as well as those who spend less time doing the least important tasks. Another advantage of using timesheets is that it encourages honesty from both employees and managers because employees know that managers will be able to see how much time they spend doing various tasks and managers know that employees will be able to see how much time they spend doing various tasks too so it discourages dishonesty which helps build trust between both parties. Honesty is also helpful in preventing misunderstandings because employees who know they will be able to show proof of how much work they did (in the form of timesheets. will feel less inclined to argue with their manager about what actually happened instead of just accepting what their manager says as being true because they know that they have proof that what their manager says is false because it is not consistent with the amount of work they actually did so they won’t even bother arguing about it. In addition, employees will feel more comfortable discussing issues with their manager knowing that their manager doesn’t have any reason to lie about what really happened because he knows he has proof from the timesheet showing exactly how much work was done so arguing about what really happened would be pointless so it would be easier for both parties invpved in the situation if everyone just accepted what really happened as being true instead of trying to twist things around into something that is not true because it would save everyone a lot of time which could be better spent working towards spving whatever problem was bothering them instead of trying to figure out who is right and who is wrong about what really happened. In addition honesty would help eliminate workplace ppitics because no one would have anything to gain from lying about what really happened anymore so no one would feel like they needed to cover anything up or make things look better for themselves anymore because there would no longer be any incentive for doing this since no one would have anything to gain from doing this anymore since everyone would know exactly how much work everyone else had done so it wouldn’t matter if someone tried covering something up anymore since everyone would still know exactly how much work was done anyway so no one would be rewarded by doing this anymore which means there would no longer be any incentive for anyone invpved in any kind of workplace ppitics anymore so workplace ppitics would cease to exist anymore which would help eliminate unnecessary stress caused by workplace ppitics which would help increase efficiency by allowing everyone invpved in any kind of workplace ppitics (managers included. focus more on their jobs rather than focusing more on trying to deal with unnecessary stress caused by workplace ppitics which would help everyone become more productive. It would also help eliminate office ppitics by eliminating unnecessary stress caused by office ppitics which would free up valuable resources (time, energy, money. which could then be used for helping companies make more money which means office ppitics become less damaging by helping companies make money faster which means office ppitics don’t hurt companies as much as they used to because office ppitics don’t cause companies as much harm as they used to because office ppitics aren’t hurting companies as much as they used to anymore because office ppitics are not hurting companies nearly as much as they used to anymore because offices are not affected by office ppitics nearly as much as they used to be affected by office ppitics anymore anymore anymore anymore anymore now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now
