SendGrid offers a complete platform for professional email delivery. The integration of Zoho People and SendGrid allows users to send email campaigns through Zoho People’s website builder, which comprises over 40 templates for creating emails, landing pages, and forms.

Email delivery service (SES. Email API Email application
The Email Delivery Service (SES. is the core part of the platform. It allows users to send mass emails through their existing applications or websites. To send emails via SES, all you need to do is to sign up for free on the SendGrid website and set up your account. After signing up, you can try out different emails using the live previewer before sending it to the intended recipients. The service is completely free if you send less than 12,000 emails per month. For example, you can create a Welcome Email Campaign for new subscribers by using the Welcome Email Template from the template gallery on http://app.sendgrid.com. This template has been preconfigured to use the POST method so that it can be easily sent out once you add your list of subscribers on the SendGrid website. This sample template includes a Welcome Email Campaign with a welcome message and a link for setting up a password-protected webinar with a limited number of entries. However, this template can be customized to fit your needs by adding a different background image or changing the text in various places throughout the campaign. Once you have finished customizing your template, you can publish it using the Publishing tab on http://app.sendgrid.com. Then you can configure your subscription form to redirect users to the URL of your published template after they enter their email address and submit it. Your Welcome Email Campaign will then start sending out automatically upon receiving the authorization token from SendGrid’s POST method.
Zoho People has a built-in feature that allows users to send personalized welcome emails to new employees after they have signed up for a new account on the system. Furthermore, this integration allows users to automatically generate email campaigns based on what they define in their profile settings in Zoho People such as job title and department name so that they can easily make sure they are always sending out the right type of information to their employees at all times without having to do any manual work.
