Zoho People is a web-based Human Resource Management system which helps companies to manage their people and connect them with their business. This feature helps the recruiter to decide whether to hire or reject a candidate based on other people’s feedback about him/her. This saves time and effort as it reduces the chances of making mistakes while hiring a person. It also saves money as the company would not have to train people who are not qualified or capable enough.
