Zoho People + Mention Integrations

Zoho People is a web-based Human Resource Management system which helps companies to manage their people and connect them with their business. They can also assign a score to each candidate based on his/her skills, experience and other attributes. The information regarding the evaluations given by people on a particular candidate are stored in Mention and can be accessed later if needed. For example, if a candidate has applied for another job opportunity and if he/she is considered for that job, then this information will act as a reference for the recruiter who would like to hire him/her again. This feature helps the recruiter to decide whether to hire or reject a candidate based on other people’s feedback about him/her. This saves time and effort as it reduces the chances of making mistakes while hiring a person. It also saves money as the company would not have to train people who are not qualified or capable enough.
