Integration of Zoho People and Mautic

(i. Inbound Integration
(ii. Outbound Integration
Inbound Integration helps us to make use of Zoho People to add contacts from your database directly to your Mautic Campaigns. So, whenever a new contact joins your Zoho People database, they will automatically be added to your Mautic Campaign.
Outbound Integration allows us to make use of Zoho People components like Contacts List, Contacts Category, Roster Lists etc. in Mautic Campaigns. So, if you want to send an email campaign or SMS campaign, you can select the contacts from your Zoho People database.
Integration of Zoho People with Mautic using Inbound integration allows us to connect the contact details of the employee who is working at the client company with the client company’s clients without any efforts. The below steps show how this integration can be done:
Step 1. Create a Campaign in Mautic
Step 2. Add Contacts to Mautic Campaigns
Step 3. Add Contact Type in Zoho People
Step 4. Send Email notification after adding contacts type in Zoho People
Step 5. Create Outbound Rules in Zoho People using Mautic Campaign
As per the above process, when a new contact joins Mautic Campaigns, they will automatically be added to Zoho People as well. When you create an outbound rule in Zoho People, it sends an email notification to the new member about the ongoing campaign. These members are automatically added to ‘Employee’ Type of Contact Category in Zoho People which automatically syncs with Mautic Campaigns.
