Integration of Zoho People and Flock

Zoho People is a free directory application that helps create a comprehensive directory of your company. The information can be used to help you reach out to potential customers and for employee management. Some of the features included in the service are:

In addition to the above features, Zoho People also has integrations with other Zoho products such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk and Zoho Meeting to name a few. In this article, I will discuss how Zoho People can be integrated with Zoho Flock to benefit both applications.

Zoho People allows users to integrate information from various sources including the fplowing:

Zoho CRM. With this integration, a user can add a contact in Zoho People using a contact from Zoho CRM. A user can also add a profile in Zoho People for a contact from Zoho CRM. In addition, the data from the contact from Zoho CRM is also displayed in the profile in Zoho People.

Zoho Mail. This integration allows a user to add contacts from their organization’s email address book or their personal email address book. The contacts are displayed in the Directory of Zoho People. Additionally, all the Contacts in Zoho People are automatically added as recipients of emails sent via Zoho Mail. This feature is very useful because it enhances the efficiency of sending emails to multiple contacts. This is because instead of manually adding each contact as a recipient of an email, they are automatically added as recipients by the integration between Zoho People and Zoho Mail.

Calendar. Users can integrate their Google Calendar with their Calendar in Zoho People. This integration makes it easy for users to keep track of projects and activities. It also allows them to schedule meetings across different time zones.

Cloud Drive. Users can synchronize files on their hard disk with their cloud drive account. This feature is useful because if any of the users’ computers are stpen, their files are not lost because they are stored online on their cloud drive account.
