Zoho Mail is an online e-mail service. It is a cloud-based e-mail service developed and marketed by Zoho Corporation. It is a part of the Zoho Office Suite, a desktop office suite along with its other related services i.e., Zoho Sheet, Zoho Writer, Zoho Docs, and Zoho Show. Users can then log into the email account using a single user name and password. After logging in, they will be automatically logged into any associated accounts such as Google Docs or Yahoo!Docs that were created when signing up for the account. While using Zoho Mail on your mobile device or tablet, you can sync it with Google Calendar and use it as a basic calendar. One of the best features of this application is that it has a built-in task manager where you can view all pending tasks, mark them as completed or delete them if necessary. This feature is not available on other applications such as Google Calendar so it gives Zoho Mail an edge over others. You can also create new tasks from within the email itself by clicking on ‘New Task’ option on the top right corner of the page. Another useful feature this calendar has is a reminder system where users can set reminders for emails they have created so they get notified at a certain time and date of the email sent by them.
