This outline is much more detailed and contains the basic structure for an article. You can also see that the introduction includes an explanation of what Zoho Mail and Revput are (this helps readers understand why you are writing the article. The first paragraph of the first section gives a definition of each of these services, so it doesn’t seem like you are just rambling on and on without a point. You can also see there that I listed each point with a title, so it is easier to understand how the points are structured. I usually do not have this many points in a paper, but I wanted to show you that adding a few will help with organization and flow.
Step 2. Begin Writing Your Essay
Now that you have the framework for your article, begin writing. Keep in mind that you will probably need to cut down on some of the points as you go along. Many people like to write in complete sentences because it helps them make sure they are communicating their point clearly. For example, “The integration of Zoho Mail and Revput helped customers save time by having all their accounts in one place.” This sentence is helpful for making sure you express your ideas clearly and accurately. However, since you are trying to write fast, it may be helpful to use shorter phrases, like “saved time”. Just keep in mind that this method takes away from clarity. You want to push yourself to write as quickly as possible while still retaining good communication skills and organization. If you find yourself struggling to write quickly, try going through your outline and cutting out words that are not needed. For example, seeing “integration” and “accounts” repeated in the same sentence made me realize that I could write “Integration between accounts” instead of “Integration between Zoho Mail and Revput accounts”. It takes some trial and error to figure out what works best for you.
Step 3. Read Back Through Your Essay
After you have finished writing your article, read it through to make sure that everything makes sense. Sometimes you will find that you missed a detail or two, which means you need to go back and re-write those sections. Other times you may find that you have written way too much about a certain point. If this happens, cut out unnecessary details or combine two points together to create a better flow. After reading your article through once, go through it again, slowly this time, to make sure that there aren’t any typos or grammatical errors. To speed up this process, I recommend using TextExpander on your Mac or PC to include common words and phrases in your Mac/PC shortcuts (for example I use this for my name/email/phone number.
