Zoho Mail is a free web-based email service for businesses. It has the essential features of an email service, such as creating email accounts, managing contacts, using templates, viewing reports, and so on. Zoho Mail also supports integration with other Zoho products. The mail can be integrated with Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho ShowTime, Zoho Invoice, and so on.
Mailgun is a powerful email API. With Mailgun, you can create email accounts, send emails, receive emails, view reports, and so on. Mailgun provides advanced features for sending emails through its API. Now, let’s start integrating Zoho Mail and Mailgun.
Now that we have understood the basics of Zoho Mail, let’s integrate it with Mailgun. First of all, go to Zoho Mail Settings > Integrations > Add New Integration > Select Email Service Provider. You will see a window similar to the one shown in Figure 1

Then, you will be asked to enter the details of your Mailgun account, as shown in Figure 2 . Enter your account details. If you don’t have a Mailgun account, you can sign up for a free account here or here .

After adding the account details successfully, you will see a success message saying “Your integration is ready” as shown in Figure 3 .

Now that we have successfully added our Mailgun account details to Zoho Mail, let’s create a test email from Zoho Mail to verify the integration setup. In order to do this first navigate to the List Section of your Zoho Mail account. Then click on Send button as shown in Figure 4 , you will see a new window as shown in Figure 5 . This window allows you to send a test email from your Zoho Mail account. This is a great way to verify the integration setup. In this example, we are going to send an email from Zoho Mail to our inbox at [email protected] . After filling out the necessary details as shown in Figure 5 , click the Send button as shown in Figure 6 . You should see a success message as shown in Figure 7 .
