In this section, I will describe about integration of Zoho Mail and HubSpot.

Integration is the process of connecting applications or devices in order to make them work together. Integration allows several features of HubSpot like creating contacts, leads and email lists to be connected with Zoho Mail. The integration is done by using the API provided by Zoho (Application Programming Interface. Zoho Mail is one of the many applications that HubSpot can integrate with. Integration can be explained in five steps:

Step 1. First you will have to set up your HubSpot account. You will have to sign up for a free trial and create a contact list if you want to use any one of the integrations. Step 2. You will have to add your Zoho account to HubSpot’s Contacts. Step 3. After that, you will have to connect your HubSpot account to Zoho Mail by completing the Zoho’s authorization process. You will have to create an API key in your Zoho Mail account. Step 4. Then you will have to configure your HubSpot’s Contacts in order to allow them access to your Zoho Mail contacts and vice versa. Step 5. Finally you will have to verify the integration by adding contacts from both HubSpot’s Contacts and Zoho Mail’s Contacts into HubSpot’s Leads. As soon as you add the contact, it will automatically be added into both HubSpot’s Contacts and Zoho Mail’s Contacts.

For example, if you have created a mailing list for ‘B2B Sales’ contacts in hubspot account then you can send bulk mails or targeted mails to all contacts belonging to ‘B2B Sales’ category in your zoho account by simply adding ‘b2b sales’ as the criteria in your zoho mail interface.
