    Dropbox?

Dropbox is a file hosting service that provides cloud storage space on the web and allows users to store their files there. It was founded in 2007 by Drew Houston and Arash Ferdowsi. The company has its headquarters in San Francisco where it has been operating since its inception. It also operates offices in Australia, UK, Canada and throughout Europe. Dropbox has more than 200 million users from across the globe and they store more than 2 billion files in Dropbox every day. Dropbox stores files in its servers instead of the user’s hard disk so that their content can be accessed from any location. An extremely useful feature of Dropbox is that it instantly syncs all files across all devices where the user has installed Dropbox software/web application. This means that whenever a file gets added or edited on one device, it will get updated on all connected devices within seconds without having to manually upload or download it again. Another important feature of Dropbox is that it automatically backs up all files stored in it or added later on to it. This helps in preventing loss of important files due to damage to computer hardware or accidental deletion of files by users themselves. Dropbox software/web application can be used to share files with others by making them members of a shared fpder so that they can be accessed by all members of a group at any time. Similarly, members can also share fpders with each other so that files can be uploaded and downloaded freely without downloading them on the Dropbox account itself (which would require paying for extra space. Members can also use the shared fpders to cplaborate on a project together by adding new files and editing existing ones. Dropbox software/web application also allows backing up photos from smartphones so that they can be viewed later on computers as well as phones itself. The basic version of Dropbox does not allow users to sync a large amount of data but with increasing number of users, Dropbox launched ‘Pro’ version recently which allows syncing larger amount of data with more storage space available at lesser cost (99$ per year. than the basic version (25$ per year. The Pro version also enables users to change the settings of their shared fpders so that they receive notification when changes are made in them or when new files get added into them. This lets users stay updated about what’s going on in their shared fpder even if they are not connected to the internet or have left their laptop away from them temporarily.

Integration of Zoho Mail and Dropbox

Both Zoho Mail and Dropbox are very popular web applications used by millions across the globe for different purposes and both these applications are independent of each other. However, during my research about Zoho Mail and Dropbox, I came across many articles that suggested using these applications together to save time and energy while performing different tasks such as sending emails, storing files etc. The integration of these applications makes it possible for users to perform tasks such as uploading images or sending emails directly from Dropbox itself which saves time and prevents unnecessary repetition of action on different devices like computer or smartphone etc. Using these applications together saves users time while performing tasks that are repeated often such as sending emails or uploading images and reduces effort required to perform these jobs manually. So, what exactly is meant by the integration of Zoho Mail and Dropbox? Let us see how Zoho Mail can be integrated with Dropbox so that we can understand its working better:
