How to integrate Zoho Invoice and Zoom?
Integration of Zoho Invoice and Zoom helps users to sync and share data. It also enables users to send invoices to their clients directly from the dashboard of Zoom. It further allows users to have a single view of all their accounts, customers, and invoices in one place. Let’s understand more about integration of Zoho Invoice and Zoom through this example.
The process of integrating Zoho Invoice and Zoom is quite simple.
Sign up for both the accounts. Integration of Zoho Invoice and Zoom requires an active email address of the user as the login name for both accounts. Enable integration from Zoho Invoice account:
In Zoho Invoice account, click on ‘Settings’ > ‘Zoho Invoice Integrations’ > ‘Enable Integration’ > Update Settings. Enable integration from Zoom account. In Zoom account, click on settings > integrations > add integration > select Zoho Invoice. Now you need to select your default invoice template and save it.
Now, you are ready to sync your Zoho Invoice with Zoom account. Here is how it works:
To sync your invoices from Zoho Invoice to Zoom account. Go to “Invoices” tab in Zoho Invoice account. Select the invoice(s. you want to sync to Zoom account. Click on “Sync Invoice” button at the bottom of the selected invoice(s. You will be directed to Zoho Invoice app page in Zoom account. On this page, you will have an option to choose between three types of synchronization:
Every time you create or update an invoice in Zoho Invoice account, it will be pushed to Zoom automatically. If you want to sync only specific invoices to your Zoom account, you can do so by fplowing these steps:Go to “Invoices” tab in Zoho Invoice account. Select the invoice(s. you want to sync to Zoom account. Click on “Sync Invoice” button at the bottom of the selected invoice(s. You will be directed to Zoho Invoice app page in Zoom account. On this page, you will have an option to choose between three types of synchronization:
The first option is “One by one sync” which allows you to sync only those invoices that are not already present in your Zoom account. This option is useful if you want to sync only specific invoices that are newly created or not yet synced. The second option is “Select predefined groups” which allows you to sync all the invoices belonging to a particular group in your Zoho Invoice account. The third option is “Sync all invoices” which allows you to sync all the invoices from your Zoho Invoice account. You can set the frequency at which the invoices will be synced from your Zoho Invoice account to your Zoom account i.e., every time you create an invoice or when there is a change in an invoice or once a day or weekly etc. You can easily find out how many invoices have successfully been synced within any given period by clicking on “Recent Sync History” link available on the right side of the app page. By using this feature, you can always know how many invoices have been synced or failed during that period. You can also see a detailed list of all the invoices that are scheduled for synchronization by clicking on “Scheduled Sync History” link available on the right side of your app page. All the invoices that are scheduled for synchronization will be highlighted in red cpor on your app page.
