Zoho Desk is an online customer support software that can also be connected to Zoho Invoice to manage the invoices created by Zoho Desk. These two applications are integrated with each other to allow automatic notifications of new orders placed in Zoho Desk to be automatically converted to invoices in Zoho Invoice. This integration can be used to increase productivity for organizations.
Zoho has developed several different modules that can be used to build an organic business spution for an organization. One of these modules is the Zoho Invoice module. This module allows for the easy creation of professional looking invoices on the fly. The invoice creation process is quite straightforward. Once an invoice has been set up, it can be easily accessed at anytime through a web browser. Invoices can be created in three ways. manually by inputting data through a web browser, via email or through FTP. Since one of the major concerns of businesses these days is getting paid on time, Zoho Invoice also allows the user to set up payment terms that include Payment Due Date, Late Fee Amount and late fees Days. The software comes with pre-built templates for commonly needed requests such as password resets and delivery confirmations. In addition, it can handle unlimited number of users and provides detailed tracking of past interactions between customers and the organization. It also allows companies to get instant feedback from customers on how they feel about their experience with the company. This feedback can be used by the company to improve customer service and make the company appear more reliable in the eyes of its customers (Zoho, 2010. Also, the software comes with a quick search function that allows users to quickly find what they are searching for without having to sort through numerous emails or documents.
