Step 1. Zoho Invoice
To start with, one needs to create an invoice in Zoho Invoice. Click on Add New to create a new invoice. Once you have created an invoice, click on the Invoice tab from the top menu. In the next screen, select Create Payment option from the list of options available in the left sidebar. A new window will open, where you need to enter all the information about the payment you want to create. This includes. Quote ID, Amount, Reference Number, Currency, Bank Name, etc. After entering all the information, click on the Save button which will take you back to your invoice. On the right side of your invoice, click on the View Payment button. This will lead you to the payment page where you can view all the details related to your payment.
Step 2. Paypal
To integrate Paypal with Zoho Invoice, one needs to go to the settings option on your paypal account. Select Accounts and then click on Add bank account. Now fplow the instructions given by PayPal and add your bank account to your Paypal account. Now log in to your Paypal account and click on Payments. Then click on Settings and select Accounts. Find your bank account and click on Authorize bank accounts and then click on Authorize now. After your bank accounts are authorized you are finally ready to integrate Paypal with Zoho Invoice. To do so, go back to your Zoho Invoice account, click on Settings and then click on Integrations option under Integrations section. You will be taken to a new page where you can see various integrations available for your Zoho Invoice account including Paypal integration. Select Paypal option and click on Add Paypal integration option from the drop-down list. Just fplow the instructions given by Paypal and integrate it with Zoho Invoice.
