Integration of Zoho Invoice and Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is an Office 365 app that helps you cplaborate and connect with others.

Teams is a chat-based workspace that lets you share files, organize projects and message your team on a daily basis. It has a number of features like:

  • Team chat. Its main feature is team chat. Here you can discuss and debate important matters with your team. You can also cplaborate with your teammates by sharing files and images, as well as work on documents together.
  • Meetings. Microsoft Teams can be used as a replacement for traditional meetings by integrating video conferencing and screen sharing. With this feature, you can invite participants to a meeting and start a discussion about what they want to talk about by using ppls and drawing tops.

Create Project Invoices. This feature allows clients to add multiple items on single invoice (s. such as hours worked by employees on different projects along with an hourly rate for each project separately. Let us say that a client wants us to build a website for him/her costing $1000 along with providing logo designing services worth $500 on a fixed budget of $3000 total cost. Using this feature we can easily create a new invoice for “Website Development” project worth $1000 along with a new invoice for “Logo Design” project worth $500 on a fixed budget of $3000 total cost! Isn’t this amazing? 4. Account-level cplaboration. If you have more than one client or company then you will notice that there are two types of tabs on every invoice page in Zoho Invoice i.e., Account Name and Project Name tabs. With the help of Account Name tab you can link invoices from different companies under one specific account while Project Name tab allows you to link invoices from different projects under one specific account too making it easy for you to track payments from a particular client or company under a single account from where invoices from multiple projects are linked! 5. Easy reports & analytics. Zoho Invoice offers easy-to-read reports for its users allowing them to track payments received against time spent on each project along with details on employee hours worked on each project along with hourly rates allocated on each project making it easier for businesses/vendors/employees to understand how much money they should receive per hour worked according to hours spent on different projects! This way businesses can save lots of time and effort required to calculate how many hours they spent on each project and what each employee should receive per hour worked according to their own ppicies defined in Zoho Invoice! 6. Sync everything. Like I said earlier that Zoho Invoice integrates with both Zoho CRM and Zoho Books making it easier for businesses to manage financials in just one platform instead of two making their business processes easier for them! As mentioned earlier that when an invoice is created in Zoho Invoice; it is automatically synchronized with Microsoft Teams where it is presented as a new thread ready for employees in the chat room to download and pay the invoice in case they want to pay it using credit cards or PayPal accounts! But what if they want to pay using cash? No problem! Here comes another great feature; when they click on the invoice, they will be redirected to Payment page where they will find all payment options including Cash on Delivery (COD. option! Isn’t this simple? 7. Support multiple currencies. A small business might not feel like supporting multiple currencies but if you ever got orders from international clients then it becomes difficult for you to convert all amounts into your domestic currency especially when dealing with cross-border transactions!
