Zoho Invoice is a cloud-based accounting software that can be integrated with Magento 2.X . Zoho Invoice has a variety of invoice templates and allows you to create a customized invoice for your business needs. In this paper, we will discuss the integration of Zoho Invoice and Magento 2.X.
In order to integrate Zoho Invoice and Magento 2.X, you need to go to the Zoho Invoice website and sign up for a new account. You can log in to your Magento 2.X admin panel and navigate to the Magento Connect Manager. You can search for Zoho Invoice and install it in your Magento 2.X store. Once the installation is complete, you need to copy and paste your API Key and API Secret Key in the Zoho Invoice settings page in the Zoho website. The API Key and API Secret Key can be found in the Zoho Invoice settings page in your Magento 2.X admin panel. Once you have entered the API Key and API Secret Key, you can add invoice templates from your Magento 2.X admin panel or by navigating to “Products” and clicking on “Zoho Invoice Templates” in the side menu. This will open up a window with all Zoho Invoice template. You can select any of the templates and save them for future use.
After installation, you will be able to see an invoice icon next to your product images in your Magento 2.X store. When you click on this icon, it will open up an invoice with all the details of the product such as price, description, images etc. If you would like to add shipping costs to the invoice, you will have to go to the Shipping tab on the left side of the screen where you can add shipping costs for different shipping methods available in Magento 2.X. The payment options are provided at the top of the invoice under Payment Information tab where you can select your preferred payment option for the customer while placing an order. After finalizing your order, just click on “Create Invoice” button to generate an invoice with all the details of the order.
