Etsy is an online platform where people buy handmade & vintage items from other sellers. It is a large marketplace of small scale entrepreneurs from around the world. In addition to managing the inventory of products, Zoho Inventory also manages the orders placed against those products. The user can see all the order details like order number, date, customer name, order details, etc. Zoho Inventory can export the sales data in a CSV file format. The user can export the sales data of all products in a single CSV file and then import the data in the Google spreadsheet or any other spreadsheet application. Although Zoho Inventory doesn’t offer the ability to export data in a convenient way but it still makes it easy for us to integrate with a third party application like Google Sheets.

Etsy is an online marketplace for handmade & vintage items from small scale entrepreneurs around the world. The seller can post his products on Etsy and sell them on the platform. The seller can create listings for his products and enter the details about the products. He can upload images of his product as well as enter a description of his product. The seller can add tags describing the product so that buyers while searching can easily find products related to those tags. Etsy has many categories in which the seller can classify his product. Each category has subcategories and each subcategory has its own tags. For example, if a seller wants to add his product to the “Home & Living” category then he should choose “Home & Living > Home Decor > Other” as its category and “Bath” as its subcategory and then add “bathtub” as its tag. The buyer will be able to search for bathtub in the home decor section of Etsy and will be able to find that particular product. Similarly, if the buyer wants to search for home decor items then he/she can simply search for “home decor” without specifying any subcategory or tag.

Now, when the user adds his product to both Zoho Inventory and Etsy then he/she needs a way to manage inventory of that product on both these platforms. For example, if the user sells a particular product on Etsy then he should be able to add that same product to his inventory on Zoho Inventory and vice versa. Similarly, if a buyer buys something from a seller on Etsy then he should be able to see it on his inventory on Zoho Inventory as well and vice versa.
