Step 1. Open Zoho Expense and sign in with your credentials.

Step 2. Go to Settings > Company Settings > Billing Settings. Set the E-mail address field as “[email protected]”. For example:”[email protected]”.

Step 3. Create a new invoice in Odoo ERP Self Hosted using expense funding information with “Expense Funding” as reference. If any of the expense funding has multiple lines then it will be reflected in the invoice line items. Steps to create an invoice are given below:

  • Go to Dashboard > Expenses > Create Invoice.
  • Provide invoice header information such as customer name, project name, invoice number etc.
  • Select expense type from dropdown.
  • Select date range for invoice creation under “Date Range”.
  • Select expense funding source under “Funding Source”.
