The fplowing steps will help you integrate your Zoho Desk account with your YouTube account:
Step 1. Open your Zoho Desk account and click on the ‘Settings’ tab at the top right corner of your screen. Now, click on “Integrations” option which will open up a new page on the right side. On that page, click on “YouTube” and copy paste the “Endpoint” link into your browser (you can find the Endpoint link on that page.
Step 2. After pasting the Endpoint URL, click on “Approve and continue” button which will direct you to another page where you will be asked to insert some parameters in the URL. These parameters are mentioned below:
Parameter 1. Type the language code here (ex. en for English or de for German)
Parameter 2. Type channel ID here (for example, if you want all videos from your personal channel then type in your personal channel ID or if you want only particular videos from your channel then type in those particular channel IDs)
Parameter 3. Type channel Keyword here which will categorize the videos (ex. keyword ‘Fashion’ for all videos pertaining to fashion)
Parameter 4. Click on “Get OAuth Token” button once you have finished filling all the parameters mentioned above. Once you click on that button, you will be directed to a page where you need to click on “Grant Permissions” button before proceeding further. Now, you will see the OAuth Token populated in the URL field. Copy and paste that token into your browser and hit enter/submit to proceed further. You will be directed back to Zoho Desk where you can see that the integration has been completed successfully!
