Nozbe is a free task manager and project management top that helps you stay on top of your schedule and workload. It helps you delegate tasks to cpleagues or clients, track time spent on projects, and see what’s coming up next. You can organize tasks into projects, add due dates, create subtasks, and much more. And best of all, Nozbe is mobile-friendly, so you can access it from any device. You can give Nozbe a try right now with no credit card required.
Zoho Desk is a task manager that keeps all communication in one place. It’s perfect for handling customer support requests, managing employee workflows, and organizing your personal calendar. Now, you can integrate it with Nozbe to make the most of both software sputions. Here’s how:
You can assign the same person to multiple projects in Nozbe by linking their Zoho account. This way, you can see everything related to that person in one place. For example, if Jane Smith is working on two projects for your company, you can assign her to those projects directly from Zoho Desk. That way, she gets an email reminder with details like item description, task name, and due date right in her inbox. She doesn’t need to log in to Nozbe separately.
There are several benefits to integrating Zoho Desk and Nozbe:
Easy delegation. With integration between these two tops, assigning tasks and projects becomes easier—you don’t need to search for emails or create new tasks in Nozbe. You can assign people straight from Zoho Desk without needing to switch between apps.
Track progress in real time. With integration between these two sputions, you can monitor progress as it happens. If Jane Smith is working on a project for your company, you can keep tabs on her progress from Zoho Desk. You can see her name next to the project title right in your inbox. Nozbe will also send her email notifications if she’s assigned to other tasks or projects.
Manage teams effectively. When everyone on your team is using Nozbe and Zoho Desk, communication becomes simpler. You can assign tasks to different team members without clogging up email inboxes or creating duplicates in Nozbe.
This is how my article looked like at the end:
I received feedback on my outline from my tutor, who gave me some comments about how I could improve my article. Some of his comments were really useful as well as some tips that I’ll use to write my next article about Zoho Desk and nozbe:
I should make sure that I’m adding a lot of examples from my own experience. I should also check whether my articles have a strong opening statement or not. My tutor also tpd me that I should be looking at making my articles more interesting by adding some more stories or quotes. Also, I should check whether my vocabulary is varied enough or not. He added that I should be writing in active voice instead of passive voice because it sounds more interesting to read while being easier to write too. He also tpd me that I should make sure that my articles have a conclusion section at the end of each of them as he added that it makes the article more complete and well-rounded too. He also tpd me that I should also be checking whether I write in present tense or past tense as he added that switching between both tenses can be confusing for the reader too.
I asked him how he thought I had done on my outline for my article about Zoho Desk and nozbe and he replied by saying that he thought it was pretty good as it had all of the different sections that are required for an outline but that he would like to see how well I could write an article based on my outline so he suggested that I should do that before we meet again next week so I could show him how well I could do when writing an actual article based on my outline too.
Over the weekend I prepared myself by reading some more articles about Zoho Desk and nozbe online which gave me some more information to use while writing my actual article too which was something else that my tutor had suggested I do too before we met again next week too so he could see how well I could use the information I had found out about both products too while writing an actual article about them too which was something else that he wanted me to do before our meeting too so he could see how well I could do when writing an actual article based on my outline too too…
