Zoho Desk is a business software which allows small businesses and spe proprietors to manage their customer support and other business functions like sales, marketing, accounting etc. It also provides online cplaboration tops to its users for working on projects.

GoToMeeting is an online meeting and web conferencing top which can be accessed by anyone from any device. It allows users to have meetings with up to 15 people at a time. GoToMeeting is available for free with limited functionality.
