In addition to this, it also updates the API call in the database of Zoho Desk, which indicates that the order has been processed successfully. This leads to an increase in accuracy, as the process is automated. These APIs are capable of sending requests to update the order status from any endpoints where they are deployed. Therefore, the process works across any platform or channels on which Zoho Desk and Easyship are implemented. Moreover, these APIs are capable of handling multiple concurrent requests from multiple instances as well.
