For example, if you have 1,000 subscribers and Zoho Desk limits you at 500, then you will need to upgrade your plan in order to send out automated emails to all of your subscribers. With ConvertKit it doesn’t matter how many subscribers you have because they don’t limit the amount of emails you are able to send out per month! This makes them much better than Zoho Desk when it comes to automation! However, ConvertKit doesn’t offer lead generation forms like Zoho Desk does which may be a deciding factor for some people! Another major difference between the two companies comes down to integrations! ConvertKit integrates with Zapier which is a web automation platform that allows users to automate tasks across different websites such as YouTube, Zumper and more! Zoho Desk doesn’t integrate with any other programs at the moment! ConvertKit also offers integration with AWeber, Mailchimp and Active Campaign in addition to Zapier! When it comes down to it, both services are very similar and offer many of the same features including helping you grow your email lists quickly! If we were forced to pick one over the other then we would choose ConvertKit because although it costs more per month than Zoho Desk, it gives us more freedom within the program since they don’t limit our number of subscribers! However, this really comes down to personal preference and what features are most important for you when choosing between these two options! Zoho Desk is only meant for small businesses because they only allow up to 500 subscribers before they have to upgrade their plan AND they have no integrations at all! So if you have more than 500 subscribers then this isn’t an option for you unless you want to spend $50 per month on a subscription! On the other hand, even though ConvertKit costs more monthly than Zoho Desk, they allow us to send unlimited emails per month and integrate with other programs so it actually works out cheaper in the long run!
