To integrate Zoho Desk at Appy Pie Connect, search and select the app from the app directory available at Connect. Now, select the service required and click the Continue button to move ahead with the integration.
Enter the Email Address or Mobile Number for the relevant account of Zoho Desk that you want to use for integration at Appy Pie Connect.
Enter the password of the associated account and click the Sign In button.
You will be asked to give certain accesses to Connect for performing certain operations during integration. Click the Accept button to allow the permits to Appy Pie Connect.
Appy Pie Connect will reconfirm the Zoho Desk account. Click Continue to verify the account.
Select the Organization from the dropdown and click Continue to complete the integration.
My Connect Shows that I have reached the maximum number of webhooks permitted & the allowed webhook count is 0!
If you are facing such an error then it is certain that there is a problem with your current Zoho plan. Check out the total number of allowed webhooks in each Zoho Desk plan. All the details about Zoho Desk Webhooks are available in the link.
