It comes with a complete set of applications that help you provide excellent customer service, including Contact Management, Sales, Marketing, Help Desk and Project Management.
Tookan is a cross-channel lead generation platform that helps you generate leads from any channel/platform at scale. Tookan’s spution works great for both B2B and B2C businesses. They can scale up or down as per your needs. You can integrate Tookan with Zoho CRM and create an automated lead nurturing process in just a couple of minutes.
Tookan provides APIs to integrate their product with other SaaS applications and in this example we will see how to integrate Tookan and Zoho CRM.
Step 1. Login in Zoho CRM and go to Setup > Integrations > API Manager.
Step 2. Click the “Add API” button.
Step 3. Enter the API Token, API Name and click Save.
Step 4. Now you need to add the API URL (the “Integration Key” field. and click “Authorize API” option.
Step 5. Now you can configure the API to integrate Tookan with Zoho CRM. We will use the Lead Creation API to integrate Zoho CRM and Tookan. You can find more about these APIs here. https://help.tookan.com/pages/api-docs/. Go to API Reference -> GET /v1/leads/create endpoint.
Step 6. Add the API Key field to the integration settings. If you are using API key, you have to provide an API key for every activity you want to perform on the API. You can get an API key by signing up on Tookan’s website.
Step 7. Add the API Secret field to the integration settings. If you are using API Secret, you have to provide an API secret for every activity you want to perform on the API. You can get an API secret by signing up on Tookan’s website.
Step 8. Choose the Activity Type as “Create Lead” and click “Add Action” button. It will open a new window where you have to configure the fplowing fields. Action Name, Action Description, Action Result, Action Type, Action-specific Parameters, Action-specific Entity ID, Action-specific Entity Name, Action-specific Entity Notes, Action-specific Entity Format.
