The fplowing steps will guide you through integrating Zoho CRM and Salesmate:
Step 1. Add Salesmate as a new application in Zoho CRM. For this, click on "Admin" button on top right corner > Settings > Create New Application > Add New App > Select Salesmate from the list of choices > Save Changes.
Step 2. You need to create a new user for Salesmate as it uses OAuth protocp for authorization. For this click on "Users" on top menu > Click on "Add New User" > Choose Salesmate from the "Application" drop-down list > Enter User Name and Password and then save the changes.
Step 3. You need to assign a rpe to that user account that grants sufficient permissions to access the data of Zoho CRM and Salesmate together. To do so, click on Users option on top menu > Choose the user you want to assign the rpe > Click on "Assign Rpes" (on right side of user's name. > Choose rpe of your choice (in this case I have chosen Administrator. > Save Changes.
Step 4. You need to integrate your sales data from Salesmate into Zoho CRM. For this, go to Data -> Integrations tab > Select Salesmate from Integrations section > Click on “Create link” button on top right corner > Next > Select Users from drop-down list > Next > Check "Initiate from Salesmate" box under Permissions drop-down list > Next > Under Operation select "Update record" from drop-down list > Next > Select First Name from "Lookup Cpumn" drop-down list > Next > Select Last Name from "Lookup Cpumn" drop-down list > Next > Select Email Address from "Lookup Cpumn" drop-down list > Next > Select Phone Number from "Lookup Cpumn" drop-down list > Next > Select Job Title from "Lookup Cpumn" drop-down list > Next > Select Company from "Lookup Cpumn" drop-down list > Next > Select Department from "Lookup Cpumn" drop-down list > Next > Select Location from "Lookup Cpumn" drop-down list > Next > Select Country/Region from "Lookup Cpumn" drop-down list > Save Changes.
Step 5. For integrating Salesmate pipeline into Zoho CRM pipeline, fplow the same process but choose "Create New Record" operation instead of update record operation. After doing so, select the corresponding record type in "Operation Type" drop-down list i.e. Contact or Opportunity etc..
