Once you log into your Zoho Creator account you can go to the Settings section where there is an option called Help Desk Integration. Click on the link and you will be redirected to the Zoho Desk Help Desk Integration page where you can enter the integration key and click on finish.

Thereafter, the integration is complete and the help desk section will appear on your account dashboard. Now if you want to configure the integration between Zoho Desk and Zoho Creator you need to go to the Settings menu again and then click on the Help Desk Integration link. There you will see two options. Enable Help Desk Integration and Remove Help Desk Integration. Select Enable Help Desk Integration so that the integration will be active and your help desk will be displayed on your account dashboard.

The next thing that you need to do is integrate the contact data so that the data will be synchronized between Zoho Desk and Zoho Creator. To do so, go to Settings > Help Desk Integration > Configure Help Desk Integration > Contact Data Integration. Here you will be able to import contacts from your Zoho Desk account. All that you have to do is select the contacts that you want to import from your Zoho Desk account and then click on Import Contacts.

You can also export contacts from your Zoho Desk account by going to Settings > Help Desk Integration > Configure Help Desk Integration > Export Contacts. After importing or exporting contacts you need to click on Save Changes in order to save all the changes that you have made. Similarly, for any other changes that you make you will have to click on Save Changes in order to save them.

If you are not using Zoho Desk you can go to Settings > Help Desk Integration > Configure Help Desk Integration > Integrate with Other Help Desks. Here you will be able to import contacts from other help desk services that are available via Zapier’s API. More about this will be covered in topic III below. Once all the changes are saved you are good to go! Your help desk will appear on your dashboard alongside your website. From now on whenever someone creates an issue in your help desk all the data related to this issue will be automatically updated in your website too!
