Integration of Zoho Creator and Vimeo

Step 1. Go to Zoho Creator homepage.

Step 2. Click on ‘+’ sign in the upper left corner of the page.

Step 3. Now click on ‘Connect’ button. The page will redirect you to Vimeo homepage.

Step 4. You need to login to Vimeo with your registered account. Once you are logged in to Vimeo, you will be welcomed by a screen where you will see two options ‘Create a video’ and ‘Upload a video’. In this article, we will discuss how to work with ‘Upload a video’ option. But before going further, it is important to know what is the difference between ‘Create a video’ and ‘Upload a video’ option.

The ‘Create a video’ option is used for creating a video from scratch. You can use any or all of the tops available in Zoho Creator to create your video from scratch with ease. The ‘Upload a video’ option is used for uploading a pre-existing video from your computer or from another source to Vimeo. In this article, we will discuss how to work with the ‘Upload a video’ option.

Step 5. After clicking on ‘Upload a video’ option, you will be redirected to another page where you need to choose the type of video that you want to upload. There are three types of videos that you can upload – Video, Audio and Image. Let us upload a video first. So, click on ‘Video’ option. After clicking on ‘Video’ option, you will be redirected to another page where you have to click on the ‘Select video files’ link as shown in the screenshot given here:

Step 6. After clicking on ‘Select video files’ link, browse your computer and select the file that you want to upload. If you want to upload multiple videos at once, then simply drag and drop those files into the box given below:

Once you have successfully uploaded your file, click on ‘Continue’ button as shown in the screenshot given here:

Step 7. Next, select the title of your video and write down your description for your video as shown in the screenshot given here:

Step 8. Now go back to Zoho Creator and click on the ‘Create Video’ option as shown in the screenshot given below:

This will open up a new window where you need to enter the details of your video as shown in the screenshot given below:

Now we need to connect our created video with our uploaded file. To do this we need to do some more work in Zoho Creator and some more work in Vimeo. First, go back to Vimeo and click on ‘Select File’ link as shown in the screenshot given here:

Step 9. This will take you back to the previous page where you can see the file that you have just uploaded. Select that file and click on ‘Continue’ button as shown here:

Step 10. Now, go back again to Zoho Creator and click on ‘Publish this Video’ option as shown below. This will take you back to the page where you need to enter the details of your created video as shown in the screenshot given below:

Step 11. Now select the icon of Vimeo from the list given below as shown in the screenshot given here:

This will take you back to Vimeo where you need to provide the details about your video as shown in the screenshot given below:
