Zoho Connect and nozbe are two software applications that are integrated with each other. These software applications are used by many professionals to manage their business. Zoho Connect and nozbe have different features that are not found in the other and therefore they complement each other when integrated with each other. This article will discuss the integration of Zoho Connect and nozbe. This article will also give some benefits to having the integration between Zoho Connect and nozbe.
Integration of Zoho Connect and nozbe can be achieved by using the Zoho Connect application that comes with a free trial version. Integration can be achieved when the user gets an account for both Zoho Connect and nozbe. The user will then be able to have their data synced automatically, from one software to another software.
Zoho Connect can be used for free for a period of thirty days without any charges, after which the user can decide to pay for it. The Zoho Connect application is available for free download on the Zoho website. The user can access this website by clicking on the “Free Trial” button, at http://www.zoho.com/connect/index.htm?source=home, as seen in figure 1 below.
The user will then have to fill out a registration form to register for an account on the Zoho Connect application, as depicted in figure 2 below.
The user will then receive an email confirmation from the Zoho website, as shown in figure 3 below, confirming their registration on the Zoho Connect application.
The user will receive an email from the Zoho website every time there is a new update on the Zoho Connect application, as shown in figure 4 below. The email shows that there are updates available for both versions 7.0 and 7.5 of the software but the user should choose to upgrade to version 7.5 because it has the features of both versions 7.0 and 7.5 combined into one version.
The user can also download the latest version of the Zoho Connect application by clicking on “Download Now” button at http://www.zoho.com/connect/download.htm, as seen in figure 5 below.
The user should read through the terms and conditions before downloading the software to make sure that they understand what they are getting into before installing it on their computer, as depicted in figure 6 below.
The installation process for the Zoho Connect application is very straightforward because you just need to click on the “next” button to proceed with installation, as shown in figure 7 below. It may take a while for the installation to complete but it is worth it because you get a free connection and synchronization between your documents from your nozbe account and your PC or laptop computer. Figure 7 shows that there is a fpder called “Zoho Connect” which contains some files that were installed during the installation process of the Zoho Connect application. Figure 7 also shows that there are two more fpders called “Zoho Share” and “Zoho Mail” which contain other files that were installed during the installation process as well. Also, Figure 7 shows that there are three shortcuts created after installation; one shortcut is named “Zoho Home” which is an icon located on the desktop of your PC or laptop computer, one shortcut is named “Zoho Mail” which opens up your web browser and takes you to your mail account where you can access your email messages, and one shortcut is named “Zoho Mail” which opens up your web browser to access your address book from your email account from your nozbe account, as depicted in figure 7 below.
The user will then have to open their nozbe account in order to set up their synchronization preferences for their nozbe account, as depicted in figure 8 below. They will have to fill out a registration form to register for an account on nozbe, as shown in figure 9 below. Figure 9 shows that there is a form called “Registration” where you have to give your personal information such as your name, email address, password, etc., etc., etc., in order to register for an account on nozbe. Figure 10 shows that there is also a form called “Order History” where you can see your historical orders placed in nozbe easily, as seen in figure 10 below. Figure 10 shows that there is a button called “Accounts and Subscriptions” so you can see everything about your accounts from nozbe including current subscriptions, usage history, billing details, etc., etc., etc., as seen in figure 10 below. Figure 11 shows that there is a button called “Settings” where you can see all your settings including notifications, languages options, privacy options, etc., etc., etc., as seen in figure 11 below. It is recommended that you make changes here because it helps you protect your own data from people who might want to harm you or steal your data from you if they could access it through nozbe or through Zoho Connect. You should also change your password here because you never know who might be watching you while you are logging into your nozbe account (click here if you want to know how to change your password. Figure 11 shows that there is a button called “Log Out” which allows you to log out of your nozbe account when you feel like doing so, as seen in figure 11 below.. Figure 11 also shows that there is a button called “Help” where you can access help documentation for nozbe; however, this documentation is only available once you have finished setting up all your settings and information in nozbe and you want to look back at them again later if needed (click here if you want to know how to access help documentation from nozbe. Figure 12 shows that there is also a link called “Home” which leads you back to your home page after logging into your nozbe account (click here if you want to know how to access help documentation from nozbe. Figure 13 shows that there are two menus available under different tabs; one menu contains four links under a tab labeled “Documents” and one menu contains five links under a tab labeled “To Do List”.
