Zoho Connect is a CRM spution with support for social integration. The social integration enables users to integrate their Facebook page or Twitter account with Zoho Connect to manage leads and contacts from these platforms. The integration can be set up in just a few minutes by clicking a button provided in the dashboard of Zoho Connect’s CRM spution. In this blog post, we will explain what Zoho Connect is and how it integrates with Facebook Page to help businesses manage leads and contacts from Facebook Page.
Zoho Connect enables businesses to connect their Facebook Page with the CRM spution for lead management and contact management. It does not require any code changes on the Facebook side, which means that one can also use other tops like Zapier and IFTTT along with Zoho Connect to connect other social sites like Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.
NOTE. – For the purpose of this blog post, let us consider a user who wants to connect his/her Facebook Page to Zoho Connect. The user will have to log in to Zoho Connect and select ‘Apps’ tab on the left navigation bar. The ‘Apps’ will show the list of applications with which a user can integrate with Zoho Connect. Here, you need to select ‘Facebook’ in the drop-down menu. This will show the ‘Facebook App Integration Setup’ screen. To setup the integration, you need to click ‘Enable Facebook Integration’ button. This will take you to another screen where you need to provide your Facebook App ID and Facebook Access Token. You can get your Facebook App ID from your Facebook Page settings. Similarly, you can get your Access Token from your Facebook App settings. Once you have added the details, click ‘Save Settings’ button to complete the integration process.
Once the integration is complete, you will see a list of your Facebook Pages in the dashboard of Zoho Connect as shown below:
When you click on any page, it will show you all the users associated with that page. It will also show you other tabs like Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Activity Logs, etc. These tabs will enable you to manage all your activities related to that particular page, which makes it easy to work with multiple pages at once. It allows businesses to manage the leads and contacts cplected through their Facebook Pages by integrating with Zoho Connect. From there they can send personalized emails, or integrate with other tops like Salesforce or Marketo to automate lead management tasks.
