Zoho Connect is a software that enables you to access your data from anywhere in the world. It is much easier than manual data synchronization. If you have multiple devices, you can also sync all of your data on all devices with Zoho Connect.

Expensify

Expensify is a cloud-based platform that allows you to do expense management. You can create expense reports and track business spending. You can also upload receipts and export reports to PDF.

Integration of Zoho Connect and Expensify

Zoho Connect is an app that allows users to access their data from anywhere in the world. However, Expensify does not support Google Chrome App yet. In order for Zoho Connect users to access Expensify using the cloud, we need a third party app. One of the apps that can be used for this purpose is called Delta Sync. This app can auto-sync Expensify and Zoho Connect. The steps are as fplows:

  • Install Delta Sync on both sides (Zoho Connect and Expensify. with the same Google account.
  • Create the profile with the same name on both sides. Then, if you want to sync your contacts and calendar, you need to add Zoho Connect user ID into Expensify.
  • On Zoho Connect, go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Sync Data > Enable Sync. Then in Delta Sync, go to Settings > Expensify Integration > Enable Sync.

    There are many integration features between Zoho Connect and Expensify. Some of these features include:

    • Calendars – You can sync calendars from both applications so you don’t have to manually input meetings and other activities into either application. This feature will save you time and effort in managing your work schedule. By doing this, you will be able to keep track of all your appointments and events.
    • Contacts – You can sync contacts from both applications so you don’t have to manually input contacts into either application. Instead, you can just sync it via Zoho Connect and Delta Sync. This way, you will not only save time but also energy because you will not have to type them one by one. This feature will also help you manage your work contacts easily and quickly. You will not have to make calls or send emails again to confirm meeting appointments or other schedules. Everything will be synced automatically through Zoho Connect and Delta Sync without any effort from your part. It is a real time saver! In addition, contacts with email addresses will be created by using the email addresses from Zoho Connect instead of those from Expensify. This helps you avoid duplicate entries in your contacts database. Contacts from Expensify will also be removed when they are no longer needed in your work schedule because they are not in your work contacts database anymore. Overall, this feature will streamline your work schedule and boost your productivity at work!
