Integration of Zoho Connect and Asana:

  • Zoho Connect is integrated with the fplowing apps. Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Writer, Zoho ShowTime, Zoho Sheet, Zoho Mail and Zoho ShowTime. The integration allows users to access their contacts, calendar, tasks and documents from within these apps without leaving them.
  • Zoho Connect can be easily integrated with third-party applications using Zapier that can be found at https://zapier.com/app/. Users can integrate Zoho Connect with Adobe FrameMaker, Cloud CMS, Evernote and OmniFocus among many others.
  • Users can also create custom integrations with hundreds of cloud applications out of the box including Salesforce and Microsoft SharePoint. Using the Zapier Integration Builder users can even create custom integrations for any app in the world. Custom integrations allow users to automatically move information between their apps when it changes instead of spending hours manually moving it themselves. For example, if a new contact is added to Salesforce it will automatically be added to Zoho Connect.
  • Additionally, users can create a custom form in Zoho Forms that cplects data in the form of text or numbers. This data can then be transferred to other apps like contacts in Gmail or emails in Outlook. Data cplected through the form can then be used in reports or used as tasks in Asana. The data can also be sent to other apps via Zapier. For example, If a customer fills out a form asking for more information about products they would like to purchase this data can be sent directly to Salesforce as a lead if they choose to do so while filling out the form in Zoho Forms.
