Integration of Zoho Cliq and Mailgun
In order to integrate Zoho Cliq and Mailgun, an account for both the tops must be created. Also, a Mailgun API key must be obtained from Mailgun. This API key can be obtained from your Mailgun dashboard after you create it.
Next, the integration of both the tops can be done in three steps.
Step 1. Sign in to Zoho Cliq using your credentials. Click ‘Email Templates’ in the left sidebar. Select a template from the list that you want to use for email marketing. Click the ‘Settings’ option in the right sidebar. Click on ‘Mailgun’ tab in the left sidebar. Click on ‘Add new’ button under the ‘Mailgun’ section. Enter ‘API Key’ and click on ‘Save’ button.
Step 2. Go to Mailgun dashboard and click on ‘Domains’ option in the left menu bar. Create a domain for your Zoho Cliq account by clicking on the ‘New Domain’ button. Enter ZohoCliq as hostname. Click on ‘Save Domain’ button. Once the domain is added, you will see the ‘Domain Settings’ screen where you need to select ‘SMTP Authentication’ option.
Step 3. Go back to Zoho Cliq and click on ‘Send Test’ button under the ‘Mailgun’ section in the left sidebar. You will see an option to enter ‘API Key’ in the dialog box while sending an email through Zoho Cliq interface. Enter your Mailgun API key there and click on ‘Test Email’ button. If you get an email, then it means that the integration is successful.
