Integration of Zoho Books and Nutshell

Company Zoho is a software company based in India. They provide a complete suite of office applications including email, file sharing, project management, accounting, CRM and many more. The Company’s product suite includes Zoho Mail, Zoho Docs, Zoho Writer, Zoho Sheet, Zoho ShowTime, Zoho Meeting, Zoho Invoice as well as Nutshell. Zoho Mail is the business email service that has features like Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Document Storage etc. It is integrated with all other Zoho products so you can use it in any of the other products without any problem. The Zoho Docs provides the document management application which allows you to store and synchronize your documents to share them with anyone you want. This app includes text documents, spreadsheets and presentations. You can also cplaborate on these documents with other people in real time. There are several features of this app for example you can create PDFs from these files or you can convert them to Microsoft Word documents and vice versa. The next product in the suite is Zoho Sheet which is a spreadsheet application that includes features like formulas, charts, filters as well as lots of others.

Zoho Meeting is a web conferencing application that allows you to invite users to your meeting through Outlook and Google Calendar. It allows you to schedule meetings and send meeting requests through email and as well as accept meeting requests. You can easily record meetings and have the option to share them with other users so they can watch them later. You can also view shared documents alongside while talking during the meeting. Zoho Invoice is an online invoicing top that allows you to send out invoices via email. It also allows you to track payments from customers and set up recurring invoices. It has an app for Android too which you can use to do all the actions mentioned above. The last application in the suite is Nutshell which is a mobile CRM top that helps businesses keep track of their sales pipeline. It allows you to connect with your suppliers and clients through phone calls, emails, text messages and social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

These two apps are integrated together because if you ever want to export your contacts from Nutshell to another program such as Microsoft Outlook then it’s very easy using Zoho Books. This is because they both have an integration with each other which means I can export them in either direction seamlessly. This allows me to be able to keep my contacts together in one place without having to manually export them from Nutshell into my Outlook contacts every time I need them so I can create new appointments or send emails to people who I haven’t spoken to for a long time. Zoho Books also provides a way to export my contacts into Excel so I can manage my contacts however I want without having to be limited by the functionality of Nutshell.

By using this integration I can keep my contacts organized in one place where I have access to it at all times, this will save me time when creating new appointments or sending emails to people because I can search through my contacts without having to dig through multiple applications just to find the person I need. Having all of my contacts in one place makes it much easier for me because I don’t have to worry about losing my contacts or forgetting to add someone to my list when I want to get back in touch with them. Also when I want to add someone as a contact into Nutshell I will be able to see if they already exist in my Zoho Books account and if they do I will be able to add them directly instead of going through the entire process of adding them as a new contact again. This will save me a lot of time because I won’t have to spend time looking up their information again or having to look through pd emails and stuff just to try and remember their details again so that I can add them as a new contact into Nutshell. Another benefit of integrating these two apps together is that if I need more space on my phone I won’t have to worry about deleting any of my contacts because they are stored on my desktop computer rather than on my phone or tablet so it won’t affect me at all if I run out of space on my phone or tablet because they are saved on my desktop computer.
