  • Integration of Zoho Books and Knack
    • With the integration of Zoho Books and Knack, you can manage all your business expenses in one place. You can easily export your mileage data from Knack to Zoho Books using the ‘Export’ option under the ‘Options’ menu in Knack. The exported CSV file will have all the data about the business trips taken by the employees of the organization. This file can be directly imported into Zoho Books using the ‘Import’ option under the ‘Options’ menu in Zoho Books. Once imported into Zoho Books, the data can be scheduled to match the mileage entries with corresponding transactions in your bank statement or credit card statement to match all the expenses. After matching this data with the bank statement or credit card statement data, you can easily see all your transactions related to transportation expenses including business trips. For example, if you want to see all the meals charged on your credit card related to your business trip use the ‘Transportation Costs’ report under the ‘Reports’ tab in Zoho Books under ‘Expenses’ > ‘Travel & Transportation’ > ‘Mileage & Expense Log’. All the documents related to these transactions can be stored in Dropbox or Google Drive or an external storage device.
