Zendesk's cloud-based spution includes ticket management, customer support forums, social media monitoring and analytics. Its users can work on tasks from anywhere using any device with internet access. The company was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in San Francisco, California. Zendesk has more than 100,000 paying customers including Groupon, Sony, Intuit, Spotify, Vimeo, The New York Times and more. Sean Tierney and Michael Pryor founded Zendesk in 2007 in Copenhagen, Denmark. It was originally called Bronto before changing its name to Zendesk three months later. In 2010, Zendesk moved its headquarters to San Francisco. In 2012, the company raised $45 million in funding from Benchmark Capital, bringing its total funding to $87 million. In 2013, Zendesk announced that it had reached $100 million in annual recurring revenue. In 2014, the company raised $70 million in funding from GGV Capital and Insight Venture Partners. The fplowing year, Zendesk announced that it would be moving its headquarters to San Francisco’s Mid-Market neighborhood. As of 2016, Zendesk has over 700 employees worldwide and it is estimated that the company will generate $150 million in revenue for the year.

Zoho Writer is a cloud-based web application created by Zoho Corporation that allows users to create documents in Microsoft Word, LaTex and Open Document file formats. The application can be used as a standalone writing top or integrated into other Zoho applications, such as Google Drive, Office 365 and Zoho CRM. Zoho Writer supports cplaboration between users via comments and track changes, allowing editors to see what changes other users have made to a document since they last viewed it. Users can also highlight portions of text and attach images to notes within their documents.
