Wave is a Google product that is also aimed to help companies improve their customer service, by helping them communicate with their customers. In this article I will explain how Wave can be integrated with Zendesk to improve its customer service.

In the body of the article I will explain how Zendesk and Wave can be integrated, by explaining how they work independently and then how they work together.

First of all, we need to understand what each of these two programs do individually. Zendesk is a software that helps companies improve their customer service by providing a centralized place where they can manage their customer’s information and manage their inquiries, as well as manage the agents who work there. The Wave platform is also aimed to help companies improve their customer service by helping them communicate directly with their customers. This is done through email, forums, groups, etc., and it integrates with Zendesk to manage the customer service agents and the clients’ inquiries. So, the Wave platform can be used for managing customer service for companies who use Zendesk, but at this time it does not integrate directly with it. In addition to that, both of these programs are web-based, so they can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection.

Now that we have explained how Zendesk and Wave work separately, I will explain how they can be integrated together by using Zendesk software. Zendesk has created a program called Zendesk Connect, which enables communication between Wave and the other softwares that are used by companies to improve their customer service. In conclusion, I think that both Wave and Zendesk can be integrated together because they both offer similar services, but unfortunately at this moment they do not integrate directly with each other. However, with the help of the new program created by Zendesk called Zendesk Connect, you will be able to easily integrate your customer service software with Wave so you get more benefits than using either one of these two programs alone.
