Integration of Zendesk and Shipcloud

Zendesk is a customer service platform for businesses to keep track of all their customer support requests and Shipcloud is a shipping software for e-commerce websites. Zendesk takes care of customers’ inquiries and Shipcloud helps in delivering orders to customers. These two platforms are integrated together so that the users of Zendesk can track the orders placed on their website through Shipcloud.

Integration of Zendesk and Shipcloud

This integration is done in three different ways to allow seamless communication between the users of Zendesk and Shipcloud. They are as fplows:
