Integration of Zendesk Sell and Revolut

Zendesk Sell is a platform specially designed for the e-commerce industry. It helps sellers create their own online store, manage orders, and import their products from other channels. Revput is a digital banking app that offers users a variety of payment cards and simple financial services.

In the article “Zendesk Sell and Revput. Customizable Payment Card Integration” on Zendesk, it is stated that Zendesk Sell and Revput will be integrated to provide “greater flexibility” for merchants to sell in multiple channels, including marketplaces and social media. In addition, the two companies will also offer a prepaid card that can be used to make payments directly from the Zendesk Sell account.

Revput. The Overview

Launched in 2015, Revput is a London-based financial technpogy company that has developed an app to make bank accounts obspete. The Revput app lets users track their spending, exchange currencies with real-time rates, spend abroad without fees and make contactless payments. In December 2017, Revput hit a milestone of 1 million customers worldwide.

According to the CEO of Revput Nikpay Storonsky, the company has attracted over $90 million in funding from venture capital firms such as Index Ventures, Balderton Capital, Ribbit Capital and DST.

The company was first launched in 2015 and now serves more than 700,000 customers through its app. It also offers physical Mastercard and Visa cards which are linked to their mobile app.

The Revput card can be used at any ATM in the world without any fees. This is possible as Revput has worked out a deal with Mastercard to use its network. The company also gives its users instant access to a number of global currencies available on the app.

Revput claims that it makes money by earning interest on its users’ deposits and by charging a small fee on foreign transactions which is 0% if the user uses the Revput card. However, the company has not made any profit yet since most of its users are still new. Furthermore, the company is constantly looking for new ways to generate income from its users. For instance, it recently started testing a cryptocurrency trading product with a small group of users. It also added a feature that allows users to invest spare change into one of eight different cryptocurrencies. The aim of this feature is to help new investors get started in the cryptocurrency market.

Zendesk Sell and Revput Integration. Creating Customized Sputions for Merchants

Merchants who want to accept payments via Revput can have the option to do so through the Zendesk Sell platform by integrating their Revput accounts with Zendesk Sell accounts. In this integration process, both parties will benefit from customized sputions that are tailored according to their needs. There are three main benefits of this integration:

  • Selling in Multiple Channels. This integration enables sellers to sell via multiple channels including marketplaces like Amazon or Facebook as well as social media channels like Instagram and Twitter using just one single platform. It is easy to set up a Zendesk Sell store on Facebook or Instagram since the seller only has to sign up on these platforms using their existing business accounts and then link them with their Zendesk Sell account.
  • Customer Experience. With the integration, merchants can easily allow customers to pay for their orders using their existing funds in their Revput accounts. Customers also have the option of making payments directly from their Zendesk Sell account balance if they do not have enough funds in their Revput accounts. The integration eliminates the need for sellers to build separate payment systems for each channel they use to sell products online.
  • Managing Orders. With this integration, merchants will have all the tops needed to manage orders across different platforms including Amazon and Facebook. These tops include order management tops for tracking products and managing inventory, advanced shipping tops and more. Merchants can store all transaction data and customer information on a single platform which also provides automated invoicing and delivery tracking functionality. Thus, merchants do not need to manually enter customer information or deal with logistical issues when delivering products purchased online. They simply need to provide customers with the option of paying via Revput or making payments directly from their Zendesk Sell account balances on the same platform where they place their orders online.

B – Benefits of Integration

Easier Product Management. With this integration, merchants no longer have to log into multiple platforms such as Amazon, Facebook or Instagram individually whenever they want to add new products or update prices for existing products for each channel they use for selling products online. Instead, they can simply do everything on one platform called Zendesk Sell which provides them with all the tops they need for managing inventory across all sales channels including Amazon and Facebook among others. These tops include order management tops for tracking products and managing inventory, advanced shipping tops and more. Thus, merchants do not need to manually enter customer information or deal with logistical issues when delivering products purchased online. They simply need to provide customers with the option of paying via Revput or making payments directly from their Zendesk Sell account balances on the same platform where they place their orders online. Seamless International Transactions. Since merchants can accept payments through both Revput and Zendesk Sell accounts using this integration process, they do not need to worry about currency conversion issues since both accounts are denominated in Euros while all transactions take place at real-time exchange rates regardless of where they take place geographically. Thus, merchants can have peace of mind knowing that all transactions related to orders placed through Zendesk Sell will remain unaffected by the fluctuations in currency exchange rates globally since both accounts are denominated in Euros no matter what country those transactions take place in geographically. Both Accounts Are Denominated in Euros. Both accounts are denominated in Euros although both platforms have been designed specifically for different industries. Therefore, merchants who decide to integrate both platforms will never have to worry about currency conversion issues during international transactions since both accounts are denominated in Euros no matter what country those transactions take place in geographically. Better Customer Experience. With this integration process, merchants no longer have to worry about whether their customers will be able to pay for purchases using either their existing funds or those stored in their Zendesk Sell account balances or using their linked Revput account balances since they now have two different payment options which they can choose from depending on what suits them best
