Zendesk Sell integrates with Netlify to add custom domains for your new or existing sales channels. With this integration, you can now conveniently manage your Netlify domain settings from your Zendesk account. You will continue to use the same domain name you originally created on Netlify. When creating a new channel on Netlify, you will have the option to add domains from Zendesk Sell. When adding domains through Zendesk sell, they will appear as subdomains under your original Netlify domain. For example, if you originally created mysite.netlify.com on Netlify, you may now point a subdomain at zendesk.mysite.netlify.com through Zendesk Sell. This integration allows you to configure a custom domain for each Zendesk channel that is connected to Netlify.
