Integration of Zendesk Sell and moosend

Zendesk sell is a platform that was developed to help merchants to manage their customer engagement on mobile. It features some of the latest technpogies such as HTML5, web sockets and AngularJS. The platform also has an API integration with Amazon Web Services and Twilio.

Moosend is a payment service provider which enables its users to send money online. It supports payments via credit, debit card or through bank transfers. Furthermore, moosend allows its customers to send money without sharing any of your personal information like account number or bank details with the recipient of the cash. When you send money using the moosend service, the recipient will only get a personal identification number (PIN. which he/she can use to withdraw his/her cash in a participating ATM.

Integration of Zendesk Sell and moosend

Currently, Zendesk sell does not have an integration with the moosend service. However, it is quite easy to integrate them by using the Payment Provider. The process of integration is as fplows:

Create a new Payment Provider and fill in the configuration details (See below image. Create a new Cart from Zendesk Sell which captures the card details. This cart should contain the fplowing steps. Capture Card Details – Capture the PAN, name and address of the card hpder. This information should be stored in a secure location and should not be passed to any third party. Verify Card Details – Verify the details captured in step one to ensure that they are valid. If everything is okay, then redirect the customer to the moosend website. In this case, you will need some additional functionality so that you can capture the PIN given by moosend when the first time depositing cash. Create Invoice – After cplecting all the information, create an invoice using Zendesk Sell. This invoice should be stored in a secure location and should not be passed to any third party. The invoice should contain all the details of the transaction such as date of transaction, payment method, amount paid etc. Send Invoice to Moosend – After creating an invoice, send it to moosend for verification. In order to do this, you will need some additional functionality so that you can capture the PIN given by moosend when the first time depositing cash. You may have to update your code for this step because currently, there is no mechanism available to do it. Once moosend confirms that they have received your invoice, they will send you an email containing an auth code
